ABOUT ME

”The kingdom of heaven is within you.” - Luke 17:21

If you would have told me as a child that I would grow up and become a pastor, I would have said, "Are you kidding me?" When I was a child, I dreamed of being a teacher and by the time I was in high school, my dream was to be an actress.

My dad said, “Donna, get practical”. I trusted my dad and in 1975, I switched majors from music and acting to nursing. Big jump for sure! I ended up with a degree in nursing that was “no small feat” for me. I got my license and soon nursing was my life, BUT…something was missing.

What was missing was my deeper longing to heal people more fully. I discovered healing the body also means healing the spirit. I love to help people make better choices to be healthy, happy and connected to their Creator. And THAT is my passion.

Enter Step two…in 1992 I felt a call to ministry and received my Master of Divinity degree with an emphasis in teaching and spiritual counseling centered around the teachings of Jesus who taught us that the “kingdom of heaven is within you” (Luke 17:21). We are born with this divine connection and aald to awaken to this as Jesus taught. He showed us how to love all people no matter who they are or where they are in the journey of life. Jesus taught us to love one another and it is this love that awakens the soul.

The decision to deepen my faith and study changed my life forever. I am a follower of the teachings of Jesus who honors all people in their walk with God.

For me this journey has been full of many twists and turns. Some good, some bad. I have been abundantly blessed in so many ways and 25 years later I have:

● Three grown, healthy, happy children and five grand-children.

● Abundant health and lots of energy

● And through many difficulties, still have much joy in my heart.

I am here to serve you in your spiritual journey as the two become one to help you through life changes, grow in faith and navigate major milestones. One of the greatest milestones is marriage and co-creating family.

The language I speak is to listen, laugh and love with you on your journey to becoming one….
